Dr. Tai-Nan Wang was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 1944.  He has studied at the Chinese Cultural University in Taipei, Taiwan, the University of Montana, and the Taipei Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinical Center.  Dr. Wang holds advanced certificates in both acupuncture and conventional Chinese medicine.  He holds an O.M.D. (Doctor of Oriental Medicine) from the California Acupuncture College, and is a qualified Medical Examiner for the State of California.

Dr. Wang has been practicing acupuncture from 1976 to the present.  He was the past president of the San Diego Chapter of the California Acupuncture Medicine Association (CAMA).  He has taught acupuncture courses at University California, San Diego (UCSD) and has conducted continuous education credit courses for acupuncturists in the San Diego region for a number of years.  Dr. Wang is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator.
