Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine represent 2500 years of quality health care with a time-honored and proven track record that for a long time was considered "experimental" in the United States.  After the FDA finally ruled that acupuncture needles were "safe and effective" in March of 1996, and the NIH Consensus endorsed the practice, acupuncture finally made it into the mainstream of Western medicine.  Dr Wang follows the true tradition of acupuncture therapy, which for thousands of years has provided a technique to balance and refine what the Chinese call the "ch'i" or vital energy of the body and to harmonize that with the biorhythms of the universe.  The Chinese realized early on that the world is an organic whole and that when we are "out of sync" with that organic whole, we are not in good health.
